execJ Documentation

Requirements

To run execJ, Windows 2000, XP, or Vista is required.
EXEs built with execJ are designed to run on Windows 98, Me, NT4, 2000, XP, and Vista.
A JRE is required to run execJ. If one is not present, the execJ installer will ask if you want one installed.
EXEs built with execJ require a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to run. They can be setup to locate an installed JRE and/or access a local relative path JRE which could be included with your application.

Adding execJ to your Project

Some functionality is available by using the execJ API com.jpackages.execj. To use this, first you must go to the Help menu in execJ and select the Save execj.jar API menu item and save the file somewhere. You can then add this jar to your classpath to gain access to this API.
