Technical Support

JPackages provides strong email technical support for its Java products. A Developer Specialist for your product will respond to your questions.

Email response time can vary according to the license purchased. Higher levels of support take precedence in the support request queue. Premium support responses are almost always responded to within a day. While every effort is made to respond to all questions quickly, some responses can take up to 72 hours.

Upgrades

JPackages often upgrades its products. This can be for added functionality, added operating system compatibility, added Java Runtime Environment (JRE) compatibility, and bug fixes.

An Individual License provides upgrades for 90 days after the purchase of the product. Team, Site, and Multi-Site licenses provide unlimited product upgrades.
